1. Achieve net sales targets by brand within the assigned territory, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
2. Ensure brand DNA preservation through strategic and qualitative door distribution.
3. Cultivate long-term partnerships with customers to maximize sell-through.
4. Develop a balanced brand sales portfolio.
5. Present and enhance the sell-in of optical frames and sunglasses.
6. Collaborate with customers on visibility projects and trade marketing activations to boost sell-through.
7. Provide in-store training to optimize sales.
8. Deliver timely and accurate reporting.
9. Collaborate with other sales divisions of Kering Eyewear to maintain a balanced brand sales portfolio.

1. Proven track record in growing sales and establishing door distribution among wholesale customers.
2. Strong customer relationships built on service and trust.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
4. University degree or equivalent experience.
5. Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
6. Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
7. Based in Vero Beach or Northern Florida, excluding the Panhandle.

1. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Demonstrated experience in sales growth and customer relationship management within the fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods industries.

University degree or equivalent experience.
