1. Develop and execute work plans according to sales cycles and activities.
2. Ensure effective store visit plans and meet key performance indicators for store visits.
3. Build constructive relationships with store managers and staff.
4. Act as the brand liaison for customer feedback and needs.
5. Achieve sales targets and support new product launches each season.
6. Ensure brand penetration and monitor store product displays and inventory levels.
7. Negotiate and enhance brand exposure in stores, managing and optimizing brand image.
8. Ensure adherence to brand display guidelines and protect brand assets in retail.
9. Manage regional market resources and oversee national retail projects.
10. Conduct product, brand, and trade marketing training activities.
11. Provide timely and accurate store visit reports and gather customer feedback.
12. Analyze and report on competitor activities and product performance.

1. Experience in fashion/luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG industries with a strong trade marketing and merchandising background.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Basic English language skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
5. Strong goal orientation and analytical mindset.
6. Willingness to travel frequently.
