- Evaluate potential new customers for brand launches and collections.
- Maintain brand integrity by ensuring appropriate distribution and in-store presentation.
- Research and target new customer opportunities.
- Plan effective store visits to achieve key performance indicators.
- Present and sell new collections to clients.
- Provide in-store training for retailer sales staff on brands, products, and marketing activities.
- Ensure adequate stock levels and support stock management processes.
- Implement trade marketing activities to maximize customer sell-out.
- Collect and manage customer orders and sell-out reports.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with Kering's distribution strategy.
- Optimize brand presence in stores through negotiation and visibility enhancements.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and order fulfillment.
- Build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Assist Finance with invoice and credit note queries.
- Manage client commercial returns in line with corporate policy.
- Enhance cross-selling activities with the regional team.
- 2+ years of experience in sales roles within fashion accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics, or high-end consumer goods.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Full clean driving license.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Sales-driven with business expansion capabilities.
- Confident in customer interactions and account management.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and sales process management.
- Experience in the eyewear sector is advantageous.
A minimum of 2 years in sales roles with a proven track record in fashion accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics, or high-end consumer goods.
