1. Support sales events such as Buying Days, brand/product presentations, on-site client training, and client visits through active participation in organizational preparation and execution.
2. Manage client-related information (master data), ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
3. Oversee order management processes in accordance with agreed commercial terms.
4. Act as a liaison between clients and the Planning and Logistics departments, serving as the primary contact for any issues.
5. Ensure the management of back-orders.
6. Handle returns in accordance with agreed commercial terms.
7. Serve as the primary contact for client complaints related to commercial, logistics, and product issues.
8. Manage sales and client reporting to facilitate accurate information management for the Sales team and clients.
9. Implement and propose improvements to customer service procedures.
10. Participate in ad hoc sales activities.
11. Contribute to team collaboration and the achievement of team objectives.

1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar roles (preferred)

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
2. Good command of the English language

5. Communication

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in analogous roles is preferred.
