Kering Eyewear Back Office Specialist

- Support sales events such as Buying Days, brand/product presentations, on-site client training, and client visits through active participation in organizational preparation and execution.
- Manage client-related information (master data), ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee order management processes in accordance with agreed commercial terms.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the Planning and Logistics departments, serving as the primary contact for any issues.
- Ensure the management of back-orders.
- Handle returns in accordance with agreed commercial terms.
- Serve as the primary contact for client complaints related to commercial, logistics, and product issues.
- Manage sales and client reporting to facilitate accurate information management for the Sales team and clients.
- Implement and propose improvements to customer service procedures.
- Participate in ad hoc sales activities.
- Contribute to team collaboration and the achievement of team objectives.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar roles (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Good command of the English language

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in analogous roles is preferred.
