Kering Eyewear Audit & Document Control Specialist

- Map the production supply chain to ensure product realization and procurement processes are accurately tracked and managed.
- Ensure Kering Eyewear's standards in social responsibility, ethics, safety, and environment are understood and adhered to by business partners.
- Contribute to due diligence activities necessary for the activation of new business partners.
- Manage social audits within the production supply chain, acting as a liaison between Kering Group and business partners, ensuring necessary inspections are planned and audit findings are archived.
- Continuously align business partners with Kering Eyewear's expectations regarding social audits by creating and sharing necessary procedures, standards, and guidelines.
- In case of non-compliance during audits, assist in defining and managing action and improvement plans, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are effective, recorded, and reviewed.
- Participate actively in audits at business partners' sites when required.
- Keep the Quality Management informed about requirements, standards, and performance related to the supply chain concerning audits conducted by Kering Eyewear, Kering Group, or external entities.
- Stay updated on national and international regulations, laws, and certification schemes related to social responsibility, ethics, safety, and environment.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of management systems in quality, sustainability, and environment as deemed appropriate by Kering Eyewear.
- Implement and maintain an integrated document management system that meets all corporate needs, ensuring key processes are defined within appropriate procedures and work instructions, and that they are correctly codified, archived, distributed, and followed.
- For product certification schemes involving the entire production chain, contribute to mapping involved entities, onboarding them to the project, defining appropriate operational procedures, and controlling transactional documents to prove the correct maintenance of the chain of custody.
- Support negotiations with external entities regarding ethical, social, and environmental requirements, ensuring appropriate support while respecting procedures, protecting company know-how, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of a second language is appreciated but not mandatory.
- Dynamic, proactive, and flexible.

- Organizational skills, precision, and initiative.
- Willingness to undertake short business trips within the national territory.
Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of audit and document control processes within a supply chain context.
