Kering Eyewear Assistant Trade Marketing Manager

- Develop and implement local marketing activities, including POSM visibility projects, ensuring seamless coordination with regional teams, sales teams, clients, and vendors.
- Serve as the primary liaison for local and regional trade marketing teams, aligning local marketing plans with global and APAC objectives and brand guidelines, focusing on BTL activities.
- Coordinate with customer service and logistics teams to ensure alignment of POSM and product delivery with marketing plans.
- Monitor and track marketing budgets to ensure spending aligns with objectives and plans.
- Prepare marketing and visibility reports.
- Assist in local buying day events and collaborate closely with the sales team.
- Manage and coordinate with the sales team, ensuring timely submission of documents to the customer service team for POSM stock availability.
- Lead and mentor a Trade Marketing Executive.
- Track competition and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
- Over 4 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the cosmetics, fashion, or luxury industry.
- Proficiency in analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proven leadership and team development abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 4 years in trade marketing, ideally within the cosmetics, fashion, or luxury sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
