Kering Eyewear Area Sales Manager

- Manage and develop business with opticians, regional department stores, and independent customers.
- Drive sales and achieve budget targets by building a qualitative distribution network.
- Evaluate new customers for brand/collection launches.
- Maintain brand integrity and ensure proper product distribution.
- Research and target new customers.
- Plan effective store visits to achieve KPIs.
- Conduct brand presentations and sell-in new collections.
- Provide in-store training to retailer's sales staff.
- Ensure adequate stock levels and support stock management.
- Implement trade marketing activities to maximize sell-out.
- Collect sell-out reports and manage orders.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with distribution strategy.
- Manage brand presence and visibility in stores.
- Ensure high customer service and manage orders and deliveries.
- Assist Finance with invoice and credit note queries.
- Handle commercial returns requests in line with corporate policy.
- More than 2 years of experience in field sales roles in fashion/accessories/lifestyle/cosmetics or high-end consumer goods.
- Experience in the eyewear sector is advantageous.
- Field-based role requiring up to 80% travel.
- Full clean driving license.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with business expansion abilities.
- Confidence in customer dealings and account management.
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organization skills and sales process management.
More than 2 years of experience in field sales roles within fashion/accessories/lifestyle/cosmetics or high-end consumer goods. Experience in the eyewear sector is advantageous.
