Kering Eyewear Area Sales Manager

- Manage and develop business relationships with opticians, regional department stores, and independent customers.
- Drive sales and achieve budget targets by building a qualitative distribution network.
- Evaluate new customers for brand/collection launches.
- Maintain brand integrity by ensuring appropriate product distribution and in-store presentation.
- Research and target new customers.
- Plan effective store visits to achieve KPIs related to visit frequency, brand visibility, and sell-out.
- Conduct brand presentations and sell-in of new collections.
- Provide in-store training to retailer's sales staff on brands, products, and marketing activities.
- Ensure adequate stock levels in assigned territory and support stock management processes.
- Implement trade marketing activities in collaboration with the trade marketing team.
- Collect sell-out reports and manage orders with the customer services department.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with Kering's distribution strategy and manage POS marketing materials.
- Enhance brand presence in-store by negotiating for increased visibility.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage order and delivery follow-through.
- Assist the Finance department with invoice and credit note queries.
- Handle commercial returns requests in line with corporate policy.
- More than 2 years of experience in field sales roles within fashion, accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics, or high-end consumer goods.
- Experience in the eyewear sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Full clean driving license.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and improve sales processes.
Over 2 years of experience in field sales roles, preferably within the fashion, accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics, or high-end consumer goods sectors. Experience in the eyewear sector is a plus.
