- Evaluate potential new customers for brand launch suitability.
- Maintain brand integrity by ensuring appropriate product distribution and in-store presentation.
- Research and target new customer opportunities.
- Plan effective store visits to meet KPI targets for brand visibility and sales.
- Conduct brand presentations and sell-in of new collections.
- Provide in-store training to retailer sales staff on brands, products, and marketing.
- Ensure adequate stock levels and support stock management processes.
- Implement trade marketing activities to maximize customer sell-out.
- Collect and analyze sell-out reports from customers.
- Manage orders in collaboration with the customer services department.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with distribution strategy and manage POS marketing material.
- Optimize brand presence in stores through negotiation and increased visibility.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage order follow-through.
- Assist the Finance department with invoice and credit note queries.
- Handle commercial return requests in line with corporate policy.
- More than 2 years of sales experience in the optical industry.
- Optical degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time.
- Possession of a full clean driving license.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with business expansion capabilities.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Organizational skills to manage and improve sales processes.
Candidates should have over two years of experience in sales roles within the optical industry.
An optical degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
