Kering Eyewear Area Sales Manager

- Manage and develop business relationships with opticians, regional department stores, and independent customers.
- Drive sales and achieve budget targets by building a qualitative distribution network.
- Evaluate new customer positioning for the launch of new brands and collections.
- Ensure brand integrity by maintaining appropriate distribution and in-store presentation.
- Research and target potential new customers.
- Plan visits effectively to achieve key performance indicators related to store visits, brand visibility, and sales.
- Conduct brand presentations and sell-in of new collections.
- Provide in-store training to retailer's sales staff on brands, products, and marketing activities.
- Ensure adequate stock levels at points of sale and support stock management processes.
- Implement trade marketing activities in collaboration with the trade marketing team to maximize customer sales.
- Collect and manage sell-out reports and customer orders in cooperation with the customer services department.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with Kering's distribution strategy and manage point of sale marketing materials.
- Negotiate and optimize brand presence in stores, including dedicated spaces and window displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure efficient order and delivery processes.
- Assist the finance department with invoice and credit note queries.
- Handle client commercial return requests in accordance with corporate policy.
- More than 2 years of experience in sales roles within fashion, accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics, or high-end consumer goods.
- Experience in the eyewear sector is advantageous but not essential.
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time.
- Possession of a full, clean driving license.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet seasonal and customer deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and improve sales processes.
A minimum of two years in sales roles, preferably within fashion, accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics, or high-end consumer goods.
