Kering Eyewear Area Sales Manager

- Manage and develop business relationships with opticians, regional department stores, and independent customers.
- Drive sales and achieve budget targets by building a qualitative distribution network.
- Evaluate new customers for brand and collection launches.
- Maintain brand integrity by ensuring appropriate product distribution and in-store presentation.
- Research and target new customers.
- Plan effective store visits to achieve KPIs related to visit frequency, brand visibility, and sell-out.
- Conduct brand presentations and sell-in new collections.
- Provide in-store training to retailers' sales staff on brands, products, and marketing activities.
- Ensure adequate stock levels and support stock management administration.
- Implement trade marketing activities to maximize customer sell-out.
- Collect and manage sell-out reports and orders in cooperation with the customer services department.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with Kering's distribution strategy and manage Point of Sale marketing material.
- Optimize brand presence in stores by negotiating increased visibility.
- Ensure high customer service standards and manage order and delivery follow-through.
- Assist the Finance department with invoice and credit note queries.
- Handle client commercial returns requests in line with corporate policy.
- More than 2 years of experience in field sales roles within fashion, accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics, or high-end consumer goods.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with business expansion capabilities.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and sales process management.
Over 2 years of experience in field sales roles, preferably within the fashion, accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics, or high-end consumer goods industries. Experience in the eyewear sector is advantageous.
