- Manage and develop business relationships with opticians, regional department stores, and independent customers.
- Drive sales and achieve budget targets by building a qualitative distribution network.
- Evaluate new customer positioning and suitability for launching new brands and collections.
- Maintain brand integrity by ensuring product distribution aligns with brand standards.
- Research and target new customers.
- Plan effective store visits to achieve key performance indicators related to visit frequency, brand visibility, and sell-out per store.
- Conduct brand presentations and sell-in of new collections.
- Provide in-store training to retailer's sales staff on brands, products, and marketing activities.
- Ensure adequate stock levels in points of sale and support stock management processes.
- Implement trade marketing activities to maximize customer sell-out.
- Collect sell-out reports from customers and manage orders in collaboration with the customer services department.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with Kering's distribution strategy and manage point-of-sale marketing material installations.
- Optimize brand presence in stores by negotiating and increasing brand visibility.
- Ensure high-level customer service and manage order and delivery follow-through.
- Assist the finance department with invoice, debit, and credit note queries.
- Handle client commercial return requests in line with corporate policy.
- More than 2 years of experience in field sales roles within fashion, accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics, or high-end consumer goods.
- Experience in the eyewear sector is advantageous but not required.
- Field-based role requiring up to 80% travel.
- Full clean driving license.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to expand business and identify new opportunities.
- Confidence in customer interactions and account management.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and improve sales processes.
More than 2 years in field sales roles within relevant industries, with a proven track record.
