Kering Eyewear Aftersales Specialist

- Manage and monitor returns, substitutions, and repairs in accordance with LINDBERG's Aftersales policy and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Aftersales Manager and in-house opticians to assess and evaluate product defects.
- Oversee the daily management of the Aftersales inbox.
- Address aftersales-related inquiries from Customer Service and Sales Support Teams.
- Ensure accurate registration and case management of aftersales-related cases in CRM and ERP systems.
- Process special orders manually, including PR Frames and BA frames for personal use.
- Sort and pack returns and repairs for forwarding to the main collection point overseas.
- 1-3 years of experience in an aftersales environment, preferably with physical products such as eyewear.
- Proven track record in handling aftersales processes.
- Strong communication skills with diverse international teams.
- Attention to detail and structured work approach.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in representing company policies and guidelines.
- Proficiency in using ERP and CRM systems.
- Technical product knowledge and ability to support colleagues.
1-3 years of experience in an aftersales environment, preferably with eyewear.
