1. Manage and monitor returns, substitutions, and repairs in accordance with LINDBERG's Aftersales policy and procedures.
2. Collaborate with the Aftersales Manager and in-house opticians to assess and evaluate product defects.
3. Oversee the daily management of the Aftersales inbox.
4. Address aftersales-related inquiries from Customer Service and Sales Support Teams.
5. Ensure accurate registration and case management of aftersales-related cases in CRM and ERP systems.
6. Process special orders manually, including PR Frames and BA frames for personal use.
7. Sort and pack returns and repairs for forwarding to the main collection point overseas.

1. 1-3 years of experience in an aftersales environment, preferably with physical products such as eyewear.
2. Proven track record in handling aftersales processes.

1. Strong communication skills with diverse international teams.
2. Attention to detail and structured work approach.
3. Problem-solving abilities.
4. Confidence in representing company policies and guidelines.
5. Proficiency in using ERP and CRM systems.
6. Technical product knowledge and ability to support colleagues.

1-3 years of experience in an aftersales environment, preferably with eyewear.
