1. Handle and monitor returns, substitutions, and repairs in accordance with internal warranty policies and procedures.
2. Assess and evaluate defects in collaboration with the Aftersales Manager and in-house opticians.
3. Manage aftersales-related inquiries from Customer Service and Sales Support.
4. Ensure accurate registration and case management of aftersales cases in CRM and ERP systems.
5. Type specialized orders and manage the aftersales inbox.
6. Sort and pack returns and repairs for other locations.

1. 1-3 years of experience in handling aftersales activities related to a product.

1. Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
2. Passion for supporting and guiding colleagues with technical product knowledge.
3. Experience with global communication and international cooperation.
4. Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
5. Problem-solving skills and ability to identify solutions for specific aftersales cases.
6. Confidence in representing company policies and guidelines.

1-3 years of experience in aftersales activities related to a product.
