1. Coordinate and ensure the accurate execution of repairs, warranties, and commercial returns.
2. Meet aftersales-related key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Monitor and manage aftersales-related open order portfolios.
4. Handle aftersales-related claims using the CRM ticketing system.
5. Analyze warranty claims and provide recommendations for improvement.
6. Ensure adherence to quality standards set by the Headquarter Quality Department.
7. Support internal and external customers with technical eyewear inquiries.
8. Implement new processes in collaboration with the After Sales Department.
9. Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service levels.

1. 3-5 years of experience in an after sales role, preferably within the optical eyewear industry.
2. Proven expertise in optical eyewear products, including small repairs and frame adjustments.

1. Proficient in Customer Service processes and order-to-cash flows.
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
3. Working knowledge of SAP suite systems (ERP, BO) is advantageous.
4. Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
7. Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
8. Proactive and results-oriented team player.
9. Curious and open to innovation.

3-5 years of experience in the after sales department, preferably within an optical eyewear organization.

Salary Range $25-28 per hour.
