- Coordinate and ensure the accurate execution of repairs, warranties, and commercial returns.
- Meet aftersales-related key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and manage aftersales-related open order portfolios.
- Handle aftersales-related claims using the CRM ticketing system.
- Analyze warranty claims and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards set by the Headquarter Quality Department.
- Support internal and external customers with technical eyewear inquiries.
- Implement new processes in collaboration with the After Sales Department.
- Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service levels.
- 3-5 years of experience in an after sales role, preferably within the optical eyewear industry.
- Proven expertise in optical eyewear products, including small repairs and frame adjustments.
- Proficient in Customer Service processes and order-to-cash flows.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Working knowledge of SAP suite systems (ERP, BO) is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Proactive and results-oriented team player.
- Curious and open to innovation.
3-5 years of experience in the after sales department, preferably within an optical eyewear organization.
Salary Range $25-28 per hour.
