1. Ensure the precise and efficient execution of repairs, warranty, and commercial returns.
2. Meet aftersales-related key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Monitor open order portfolios related to aftersales.
4. Manage claims through the CRM ticketing system.
5. Analyze warranty claims and provide recommendations for improvement.
6. Ensure adherence to quality standards set by the Headquarter Quality Department.
7. Support internal and external customers with technical eyewear inquiries.
8. Implement new processes in alignment with the After Sales Department.
9. Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service levels.

1. 3-5 years of experience in an after sales department, preferably within an optical eyewear organization.
2. Proven knowledge of optical eyewear products, including small repairs and frame adjustments.

1. Proficiency in Customer Service processes and order-to-cash flows.
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
3. Working knowledge of SAP suite systems (ERP, BO) is advantageous.
4. Fluency in English, with French as a plus.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
8. Proactive team player with a results-oriented mindset.

3-5 years of experience in an after sales department, preferably within an optical eyewear organization.

Salary Range $25-28 per hour.
