Kering Eyewear After Sales Specialist

- Ensure the precise and efficient execution of repairs, warranty, and commercial returns.
- Meet aftersales-related key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor open order portfolios related to aftersales.
- Manage claims through the CRM ticketing system.
- Analyze warranty claims and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards set by the Headquarter Quality Department.
- Support internal and external customers with technical eyewear inquiries.
- Implement new processes in alignment with the After Sales Department.
- Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service levels.
- 3-5 years of experience in an after sales department, preferably within an optical eyewear organization.
- Proven knowledge of optical eyewear products, including small repairs and frame adjustments.
- Proficiency in Customer Service processes and order-to-cash flows.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Working knowledge of SAP suite systems (ERP, BO) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, with French as a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Proactive team player with a results-oriented mindset.
3-5 years of experience in an after sales department, preferably within an optical eyewear organization.
Salary Range $25-28 per hour.
