- Track after-sales activities to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Prepare, analyze, and present reports and data.
- Support after-sales team in claim management, warranty evaluation, and reverse logistics.
- Assist the international Customer Service team in managing customer requests through various communication channels.
- Facilitate effective communication with other departments using collaborative tools like CRM and Sharepoint.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Working knowledge of SAP suite system (ERP, BO) is advantageous
- Fluency in English (verbal and written), other languages are a plus
- Pragmatic and precise
- Team player with a proactive orientation to results
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
