Kering Eyewear After Sales Operations Intern

- Monitor after-sales activities to enhance service quality and operational efficiency in collaboration with the team.
- Prepare and analyze reports, presenting data effectively.
- Support the after-sales team in claim management, warranty evaluation, and reverse logistics.
- Assist the international Customer Service team in managing customer requests through various communication channels.
- Facilitate effective communication with other departments to support customer management using collaborative tools such as CRM and SharePoint.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Working knowledge of SAP suite systems (ERP, BO) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus.
- Pragmatic and precise approach.
- Team player with a proactive orientation towards results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Effective prioritization skills.
- Dynamic, passionate, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Curiosity and openness to innovation.
No specific prior experience required, but relevant internships or academic projects in a similar field are advantageous.
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Management.
