1. Monitor after-sales activities to enhance service quality and operational efficiency in collaboration with the team.
2. Prepare and analyze reports, presenting data effectively.
3. Support the after-sales team in claim management, warranty evaluation, and reverse logistics.
4. Assist the international Customer Service team in managing customer requests through various communication channels.
5. Facilitate effective communication with other departments to support customer management using collaborative tools such as CRM and SharePoint.

1. Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Management.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
2. Working knowledge of SAP suite systems (ERP, BO) is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English, both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus.
