1. Record supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
2. Prepare and process supplier payments.
3. Conduct bank reconciliations.
4. Perform general accounting tasks.
5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
6. Record client receipts including checks, transfers, and direct debits.
7. Reconcile client accounts.
8. Manage overdue accounts and doubtful debts.
9. Handle invoicing processes.
10. Oversee a portion of expense reports.

1. Degree in Accounting or equivalent (Bac +2).
2. 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Intermediate to fluent English proficiency.
2. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.
3. Desired proficiency in SAP.
4. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Ability to meet deadlines and analytical skills.
6. Teamwork and communication skills.
7. Open-mindedness.

1 to 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role is required.

Degree in Accounting or equivalent (Bac +2).
