1. Provide support for the registration of accounts payable, ensuring timely processing for fiscal documents and periodic closures.
2. Assist the Accounting team in verifying the accuracy of customs and transport documents, such as delivery notes and purchase orders.
3. Support data entry and system updates, including VAT numbers, transport documents, and invoices.
4. Aid in managing the digital archive of invoices.
5. Contribute to team efforts and the achievement of departmental objectives.

1. Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Economics with an interest in accounting, or a diploma in Accounting.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
3. Good command of the English language.
4. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
5. Attention to detail, reliability, and curiosity.
6. Passion and enthusiasm.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team.
