- Manage the registration of passive billing in compliance with deadlines for fiscal document registration and annual and interim closures.
- Ensure the updating and registration of fixed assets.
- Verify the accuracy of customs and transport documents (e.g., delivery notes, purchase orders).
- Ensure the input and updating of data in the system (VAT numbers, transport documents, invoices).
- Handle journal entries and adjustments.
- Ensure proper management of supplier ledgers.
- Manage the registration of corporate credit cards.
- Ensure accurate digital archiving of invoices and transport documents.
- Support periodic cash flow analysis activities.
- Provide collaborative support to the Accounting team.
- Analyze data and information, ensuring compliance with existing procedures for the Accounting team.
- Adhere to work plans defined by the Accounting Payable Coordinator to achieve assigned objectives.
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Economics with an interest in accounting, or a diploma in Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Good command of the English language
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous

1-2 years of experience in managing the accounts payable cycle, preferably in structured companies.
Degree in Economics or diploma in Accounting.
