1. Manage the registration of passive billing in compliance with deadlines for fiscal document registration and annual and interim closures.
2. Ensure the updating and registration of fixed assets.
3. Verify the accuracy of customs and transport documents (e.g., delivery notes, purchase orders).
4. Ensure the input and updating of data in the system (VAT numbers, transport documents, invoices).
5. Handle journal entries and adjustments.
6. Ensure proper management of supplier ledgers.
7. Manage the registration of corporate credit cards.
8. Ensure accurate digital archiving of invoices and transport documents.
9. Support periodic cash flow analysis activities.
10. Provide collaborative support to the Accounting team.
11. Analyze data and information, ensuring compliance with existing procedures for the Accounting team.
12. Adhere to work plans defined by the Accounting Payable Coordinator to achieve assigned objectives.

1. Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Economics with an interest in accounting, or a diploma in Accounting

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
2. Good command of the English language
3. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous

7. Passion and enthusiasm

1-2 years of experience in managing the accounts payable cycle, preferably in structured companies.

Degree in Economics or diploma in Accounting.
