1. Manage and execute financial accounting and processes.
2. Oversee accounts receivable and payable to ensure accurate financial data.
3. Conduct monthly intercompany reconciliations.
4. Prepare Intrastat reports.
5. Prepare payments.
6. Resolve financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
7. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Identify sources of error and propose efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
9. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.

1. Completed commercial training.
2. Affinity for numbers and interest in accounting topics.
3. Initial practical experience in accounting or a similar administrative role is advantageous but not mandatory.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel.
5. Native-level proficiency in German, basic English skills advantageous.
6. High motivation, team spirit, and a positive work attitude.
7. Meticulous, structured, and reliable work approach.
8. Willingness to learn and ability to engage with new topics.
9. Ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment.
