1. Manage and execute financial accounting and bookkeeping processes.
2. Oversee accounts receivable and payable to ensure accurate financial data.
3. Conduct monthly intercompany reconciliations.
4. Prepare Intrastat declarations.
5. Coordinate payment preparations.
6. Resolve financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
7. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Identify sources of errors and propose efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
9. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.

1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in a structured organization.
2. Degree in Accounting or a comparable qualification.
3. Native-level proficiency in German and strong written and spoken English skills.
4. Experience with SAP is required.
5. Excellent proficiency in Excel.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a structured organization is required.

Degree in Accounting or a comparable qualification.
