1. Manage accounts receivable, credit control, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting for the Hong Kong operation.
2. Ensure accurate financial records and effective credit risk management.
3. Oversee timely cash collection and compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
4. Perform new customer account setup and verification of customer background checks.
5. Maintain and update customer master data, credit limits, and GL mappings in SAP.
6. Prepare and submit Internal Credit Limit (ICL) applications.
7. Conduct daily credit checks and support ongoing credit risk monitoring.
8. Support billing and invoicing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
9. Prepare and issue rebate credit notes, verifying terms and ensuring accurate calculations.
10. Post incoming customer receipts and perform timely cash posting.
11. Prepare Notifications of Overdue Accounts (NOA) for credit insurance non-payment declaration.
12. Issue Statements of Account to customers and perform follow-ups on outstanding balances.
13. Prepare weekly cash-in and collection reports for management review.
14. Generate accounts receivable ageing reports and assist in credit risk reports preparation.
15. Maintain customer master data and handle banking-related activities.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
2. 2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control, preferably in a multinational environment.
3. Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
4. Familiarity with credit risk management, invoicing, and collection processes.
5. Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control, preferably in a multinational environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
