Kering Executive Business Partner / Chief of Staff

- Manage critical and time-sensitive business initiatives with multi-functional stakeholders.
- Coordinate Executive Committee, Leadership, and CEO meeting agendas and follow-up workstreams.
- Conduct internal and external research on key topics, including government relations and business insights.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Ensure efficient administrative support, including managing emails, contacts, and budgets.
- Maintain complex calendar and coordinate logistics for meetings.
- Collaborate with Office Coordinator for travel arrangements and expense management.
- Coordinate global and local executive leadership on behalf of the President.
- Navigate complex company dynamics to achieve goals and influence outcomes.
- Manage community relations projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, or Project Manager in a multinational company.
- Proven organizational savvy and diplomacy.
- High level of technical proficiency in administrative tools and social media platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in French and/or Italian is advantageous.
- Advanced project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities.
At least 7 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company.
Base salary of $145,000 - $165,000 per year plus a 15% annual bonus.
