Kering Executive Assistant

- Provide high-level administrative support to three department directors, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense report processing.
- Manage invoicing and budget tracking using SAP and Esker tools.
- Serve as a key point of reference for billing and budget-related matters, liaising with Communication, Accounting, and Supplier teams.
- Prioritize daily tasks between administrative duties and budgetary requests.
- Utilize office and accounting software proficiently to ensure operational efficiency.
- Minimum of 6 to 10 years of confirmed experience in executive assistance, preferably within a large corporation.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in office and accounting tools: Outlook, Excel, Word, Concur, SAP, ESKER, Power BI.
- Reliability, autonomy, and proactivity.
- Commitment, service orientation, and teamwork.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Agility, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Rigorous adherence to processes (billing, budgets, annual closures).
A minimum of 6 to 10 years in executive assistance, ideally in a large corporate setting.
