Kering Event Assistant

- Contribute to the creative development and execution of event concepts.
- Participate in all production stages from preparation to operational implementation.
- Manage relationships with event agencies, caterers, technical providers, and other partners.
- Monitor service delivery and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize comprehensive event logistics including scheduling, equipment, and setup/teardown.
- Be present on the event day to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure adherence to allocated budgets and track expenses.
- Maintain timelines and schedules.
- Update guest lists, track RSVPs, and ensure coherent reception arrangements.
- Keep the global event calendar updated and reliable.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in communication, marketing, or project management.
- Interest in the luxury sector and its standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in high-expectation environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable, and operationally focused, including for evening events.
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
- Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in events, client relations, press relations, or hospitality is a plus.
