Kering Ecommerce Operations Back Office Support

- Manage daily requests from Brands Customer Care regarding order status, VIP requests, transport, returns, customs issues, claims, and operational topics.
- Track the evolution of requests and provide status updates to brand customer care.
- Proactively alert customer service of transportation and warehousing issues that could impact clients.
- Coordinate third-party logistics (3PL) and carriers to ensure service levels for final customers.
- Update the Coordinator on activity status and escalate issues when necessary.
- Contribute to the management of shipments to and from final customers and local hubs.
- Support the resolution of transport issues.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, ecommerce, or a Transportation company.
- Familiarity with warehouse processing and export flows.
- Knowledge of Export documentation and procedures is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Customer and negotiation-oriented.
- Goal-oriented with a drive towards innovation.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and cooperate.
- Passion for customer service and liaising with carriers, warehouses, and brands.
A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in relevant fields such as Customer Service, ecommerce, or Transportation.
