1. Assist in the preparation of bi-monthly and weekly presentations for brands, detailing bug resolution status, process updates, and training.
2. Monitor and prioritize escalated bugs with L2 (support run) and L3 (support build) teams.
3. Test proposed solutions for bug resolution.
4. Update documentation for end users.
5. Potentially support the deployment of omnichannel functionalities in various regions.

1. Proficiency in e-commerce and omnichannel operations.
2. Interest in the luxury sector.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Organizational prowess.

1. Familiarity with JIRA and preferably Service Now.
2. Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Knowledge of Tableau and/or PowerBI is advantageous.
4. Fluency in English.

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with e-commerce and luxury sectors is preferred.

Interns will gain a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce and luxury sectors, with insights into both backend and frontend challenges on a global platform.
