Kering E-commerce Run Specialist Intern

- Assist in the preparation of bi-monthly and weekly presentations for brands, covering bug resolution status, process updates, and training.
- Monitor escalated bugs and prioritize them with L2 (support run) and L3 (support build) teams.
- Test proposed solutions for bug resolution.
- Update documentation for end users.
- Provide potential support for omnichannel feature deployments in regions.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in JIRA and preferably Service Now.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Tableau and/or PowerBI is advantageous.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt and demonstrate diplomacy in a demanding environment.
A keen interest in e-commerce and omnichannel operations within the luxury sector is essential.
