Kering E-commerce Project Manager

- Establish robust communication channels with headquarters and local brand teams for effective project management and change requests.
- Prioritize the roadmap for the AMER region by leveraging local industry insights and benchmarking against market players and brand needs.
- Ensure regional needs and priorities are integrated into the global roadmap.
- Provide local-specific digital best practices, share knowledge, and assist in managing proof of concepts and pilots.
- Oversee all phases of local projects, including defining needs, estimating ROI, drafting project specifications, supporting testing and launch phases, and managing post-launch activities.
- Document ongoing project requirements and updates, liaising with the run team to update end-user documentation.
- Coordinate the rollout of omnichannel services in AMER, involving stakeholders from various departments, and provide feedback to Central Product.
- Support local omnichannel training as necessary.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital environments.
- Experience in the Americas market.
- Proven project management experience.
- Technical proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI.
- Excellent presentation skills, particularly with PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and adaptability skills.
- Advanced knowledge of an Order Management System (OMS) like Manhattan is advantageous.
- Understanding of digital business models and solution-driven project management.
- Effective communication and storytelling abilities.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
A minimum of 5 years in digital roles, with experience in the Americas market and project management.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
$115,000 - $135,000 per year plus incentives.
