1. Manage the order cycle, including invoice and payment approvals.
2. Record invoices, perform cost evaluation, and ensure proper imputation.
3. Issue invoices and manage inter-company reconciliations.
4. Prepare financial reports and reconcile bank accounts.
5. Balance and process monthly financial statements.
6. Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting books and mandatory records.
7. Verify, control, and file tax documents.
8. Monitor credits and recover overdue payments.
9. Manage audit processes.
10. Prepare ad-hoc reports or analyses as requested by management.
11. Collaborate with the controlling department to support monthly reporting and budget/forecast activities.

1. Degree in Economics or a diploma in Accounting.
2. Previous experience in a similar role.

1. Knowledge of general and fiscal accounting principles and international accounting standards (IFRS).
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with JD Edwards or SAP is advantageous.
4. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

At least one year of relevant experience in accounting or a related field.

Degree in Economics or a diploma in Accounting.
