Kering Dyeing Team Leader

- Plan and supervise work according to priorities, resources, products, and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with order specifications, deadlines, manufacturing ranges, and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team leaders.
- Propose solutions to improve processes and workflows within and between workshops.
- Manage inventory and report needs.
- Enforce safety, environmental, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain team cohesion and motivation.
- Evaluate individual performance of team members.
- Proven experience in dyeing within a production site, preferably in a tannery.
- Teamwork and result-oriented mindset.

Proven experience in dyeing within a production site, ideally in a tannery environment.
Daytime working hours from 8 AM to 12 PM and 1:30 PM to 5 PM, with a 2:40 PM finish on Fridays. 8 additional days off per year. Employer covers 60% of meal vouchers. Attractive company savings and retirement plans with employer contributions. Comprehensive health insurance.
