1. Plan and supervise work according to priorities, resources, products, and machinery.
2. Ensure compliance with order specifications, deadlines, manufacturing ranges, and quality standards.
3. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team leaders.
4. Propose solutions to improve processes and workflows within and between workshops.
5. Manage inventory and report needs.
6. Enforce safety, environmental, and hygiene regulations.
7. Maintain team cohesion and motivation.
8. Evaluate individual performance of team members.

1. Proven experience in dyeing within a production site, preferably in a tannery.

Proven experience in dyeing within a production site, ideally in a tannery environment.
