1. Assist in the implementation of the Inclusion and Diversity Roadmap.
2. Participate in data collection and analysis to align with the Inclusion and Diversity strategy.
3. Create PowerPoint presentations and user-friendly Excel documents.
4. Proofread and adjust various documents including guides, presentations, and training materials.
5. Support the organization of meetings, webinars, and events.
6. Contribute to the creation of internal and external communication content.

1. Basic knowledge of project management.
2. Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple deliverables.

1. Proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations and Excel documents.
2. Ability to analyze basic data using Excel functions such as Pivot and VLOOKUP.
3. Effective communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships.
4. Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.
5. Interest in inclusion and diversity topics.
6. Digital savviness is an asset.

Experience in project management or a related field is preferred, with a focus on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
