1. Lead, coach, and develop a team to align with organizational and brand objectives.
2. Shape and communicate strategies for transportation, international trade, and duty optimization.
3. Collaborate with regional and central leadership to align strategies with global logistics objectives.
4. Drive a high-performance culture focused on compliance, improvement, and operational excellence.
5. Maintain classification database and compliance procedures across all brands.
6. Manage customs broker relationships and oversee customs entry files.
7. Support drawback claims, reconciliation, and protests; document and resolve trade issues.
8. Ensure timely and accurate execution of imports, exports, and clearance documentation.
9. Lead audit processes and support CTPAT; generate duty reporting for Finance.
10. Track regulatory changes and lead business adaptation efforts.
11. Oversee transportation flows from origin to final delivery.
12. Manage third-party relationships and drive continuous improvement through technology and cost optimization.
13. Build and manage KPIs across trade compliance and transportation functions.
14. Analyze data to provide actionable insights and inform senior leadership.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2. Customs Broker’s License or Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) preferred
3. 8-10 years of experience in Import/Export, Customs Brokerage/Freight Forwarding
4. Knowledge of Harmonized Tariff Classification System and Import/Export requirements
5. Experience with US Customs & Border Protection or equivalent in Supply Chain Management

8-10 years of experience in Import/Export, Customs Brokerage/Freight Forwarding, including knowledge of Harmonized Tariff Classification System and US Customs & Border Protection.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

$140,000 - $160,000 per year plus incentives
