1. Lead and develop the Supply Chain, Planning, and Analytics team to ensure efficient execution of supply chain activities.
2. Collaborate with brand teams and leadership to implement strategic supply chain projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
3. Foster a culture of inclusion, vigilance, and tenacity within the supply chain team.
4. Serve as the primary liaison with internal and external clients to drive supply chain strategy and facilitate S&OP processes.
5. Work with brands and operations to cultivate a culture of planning and forecasting, emphasizing their value.

1. Bachelor’s Degree required.
2. 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Distribution, or Transportation.

1. Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
3. Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on innovative solutions.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5. Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, SAP, and WMS is advantageous.

8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Distribution, or Transportation.

Bachelor’s Degree

$190,000 - $205,000 per year plus incentives.
