Kering Director of Accounting

- Drive process improvements during the transition from brand-specific to shared service operations within a newly implemented SAP environment.
- Support and mediate brand needs with a pragmatic and diplomatic approach.
- Define and standardize processes across brands where feasible.
- Ensure departmental support for affiliated brands, aiming for world-class service delivery.
- Review, document, and adjust existing processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.
- Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure brand needs are understood and expectations are managed.
- Create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to manage departmental performance and adherence to SLAs.
- Conduct ad hoc reporting and perform other duties as assigned.
- Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury goods and/or retail industry.
- Proven ability to navigate complex inter-company environments.
- Experience in coaching and developing teams.
- Proficiency in SAP, Blackline, HFM (Hyperion), and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Effective organizational skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, strategic, and empathetic.
- Strong customer service attitude.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the luxury goods or retail industry.
Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
$225,000 - $250,000 per year plus incentives.
