1. Drive process improvements during the transition from brand-specific to shared service operations within a newly implemented SAP environment.
2. Support and mediate brand needs with a pragmatic and diplomatic approach.
3. Define and standardize processes across brands where feasible.
4. Ensure departmental support for affiliated brands, aiming for world-class service delivery.
5. Review, document, and adjust existing processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.
6. Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure brand needs are understood and expectations are managed.
7. Create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to manage departmental performance and adherence to SLAs.
8. Conduct ad hoc reporting and perform other duties as assigned.

1. Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
2. 10+ years of relevant work experience.
3. Strong knowledge of the luxury goods and/or retail industry.
4. Proven ability to navigate complex inter-company environments.
5. Experience in coaching and developing teams.

1. Proficiency in SAP, Blackline, HFM (Hyperion), and Microsoft Office.
2. Strong communication and follow-up skills.

7. Strong customer service attitude.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the luxury goods or retail industry.

Degree in Finance or Business Administration.

$225,000 - $250,000 per year plus incentives.
