- Support various stages of digital training material production, including e-learnings, summary sheets, user guides, and case studies.
- Facilitate smooth communication with internal teams to ensure effective information flow.
- Contribute to the development of communication and engagement materials to inform and involve end users.
- Assist in organizing workshops and training sessions to familiarize users with new processes and tools.
- Collect and analyze feedback through surveys.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a business school.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian and/or French is advantageous.
- Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Learning, Office 365, JIRA/Confluence, SharePoint is desired.
- Flexible, adaptable, and passionate about teamwork.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to quality, meticulous, organized, with a keen interest in fashion, luxury, or design.
- Knowledge of Agile framework is a plus.
- Skills in UX/UI are a valuable asset.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships are beneficial.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field.
