Kering Digital Workplace Apprentice

- Assist in the production of digital training materials, including e-learnings, user guides, and video editing.
- Coordinate seamless communication with internal teams to ensure information flow.
- Contribute to the development of communication and engagement models to inform and engage end users.
- Support the organization of workshops and training sessions to raise awareness of new processes and tools.
- Design and enhance user interfaces, including wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Participate in co-creation workshops and user research phases, such as interviews and user testing.
- Develop intuitive solutions while respecting technical constraints and business needs.
- Stay abreast of technological trends and propose innovations in design and user experience.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree in a business school with expertise in digital communication and/or UX/UI design.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian and/or French is advantageous.
- Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Learning, Office 365, JIRA/CONFLUENCE, SharePoint, Figma, Adobe Suite.
- Flexibility, adaptability, creativity, and a passion for teamwork.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for fashion/luxury/design.
- UX/UI skills are a valuable asset.
No specific prior experience required, but a background in digital communication or UX/UI design is preferred.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
