1. Oversee the applications portfolio related to Community Engagement, including collaborative tools and AI solutions.
2. Act as a primary contact for technical expertise and end-user support within Kering and its Houses.
3. Collaborate with business teams, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to support and integrate AI capabilities.
4. Manage projects from inception to completion, including needs assessment, planning, training, and rollout.
5. Handle requests from Kering Corporate and Brands regarding engagement tools.
6. Work with vendors to implement technical projects and manage partnerships.
7. Develop best practices for tool utilization and upskilling.
8. Anticipate and recommend opportunities for engagement tool optimization and integration.
9. Provide continuous training and technical support to Kering teams.
10. Monitor application insights to assess adoption and engagement.
11. Coordinate updates and document all applications and services within the scope.
12. Lead the delivery of AI-powered solutions, ensuring governance and user support.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Information Systems within large, complex, international companies, preferably in fashion and luxury.
2. Proficiency in social media tools and AI solutions, particularly Microsoft tools.
3. Familiarity with Workday, Active Directory, and other communication applications is advantageous.
4. Knowledge of collaborative tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Service Now.
5. Understanding of IT environments and experience working with developers.

1. Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence.
3. Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.

At least 1 year of experience in Information Systems within large, complex, international companies, preferably in the fashion and luxury sectors.

Bachelor's degree in IT or Digital-related field.
