- Oversee the applications portfolio related to Community Engagement, including collaborative tools and AI solutions.
- Act as a primary contact for technical expertise and end-user support within Kering and its Houses.
- Collaborate with business teams, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to support and integrate AI capabilities.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, including needs assessment, planning, training, and rollout.
- Handle requests from Kering Corporate and Brands regarding engagement tools.
- Work with vendors to implement technical projects and manage partnerships.
- Develop best practices for tool utilization and upskilling.
- Anticipate and recommend opportunities for engagement tool optimization and integration.
- Provide continuous training and technical support to Kering teams.
- Monitor application insights to assess adoption and engagement.
- Coordinate updates and document all applications and services within the scope.
- Lead the delivery of AI-powered solutions, ensuring governance and user support.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Information Systems within large, complex, international companies, preferably in fashion and luxury.
- Proficiency in social media tools and AI solutions, particularly Microsoft tools.
- Familiarity with Workday, Active Directory, and other communication applications is advantageous.
- Knowledge of collaborative tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Service Now.
- Understanding of IT environments and experience working with developers.
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in Information Systems within large, complex, international companies, preferably in the fashion and luxury sectors.
Bachelor's degree in IT or Digital-related field.
