- Contribute to the production of digital training materials, including e-learnings, one-pagers, user guides, and practical cases.
- Facilitate seamless communication with internal teams to ensure information fluidity.
- Develop communication and engagement templates to inform and engage end-users.
- Assist in organizing workshops and training sessions to enhance user awareness of new processes and tools.
- Collect and analyze feedback through surveys to improve training effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian and/or French is advantageous.
- Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Learning, Office 365, JIRA/CONFLUENCE, and SharePoint is preferred.
- Understanding of Agile framework is beneficial.
- UX/UI skills are a valuable asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.

No specific experience required, but familiarity with digital training tools and methodologies is preferred.
