1. Support the creation, editing, and updating of digital learning content.
2. Stay informed on industry best practices and trends to recommend improvements.
3. Monitor learning data and key performance indicators to generate insightful analyses.
4. Assist in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS, LXP), track learner progress, and troubleshoot issues.
5. Support the Learning team in organizing various initiatives, workshops, and webinars, including key events such as Kering Global Learning Day.
6. Collaborate with the Kering Houses' learning community to support training initiatives.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business or a related field.

1. Proficiency in learning new digital tools (e.g., Canva, Klaxoon, LMS, LXP).
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
3. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
4. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
5. Curiosity, flexibility, and autonomy.
6. Fluency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
7. Familiarity with Office 365.

No prior experience required, but a deep interest in fashion, luxury, and design is essential.

Master's degree in progress from a business school or university.
