Kering Digital Learning Assistant Intern

- Support the creation, editing, and updating of digital learning content.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and trends to recommend improvements.
- Monitor learning data and key performance indicators to generate insightful analyses.
- Assist in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS, LXP), track learner progress, and troubleshoot issues.
- Support the Learning team in organizing various initiatives, workshops, and webinars, including key events such as Kering Global Learning Day.
- Collaborate with the Kering Houses' learning community to support training initiatives.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business or a related field.
- Proficiency in learning new digital tools (e.g., Canva, Klaxoon, LMS, LXP).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Curiosity, flexibility, and autonomy.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Office 365.
No prior experience required, but a deep interest in fashion, luxury, and design is essential.
Master's degree in progress from a business school or university.
