1. Oversee daily IT operations and service delivery to ensure alignment with defined SLAs.
2. Enhance service delivery through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Monitor and supervise both Private and Public Cloud activities on a daily basis.
4. Provide operational reporting and insights on IT activities.
5. Serve as a technical authority for key technologies within the organization.
6. Facilitate weekly technical operational committees with suppliers and outsourced partners.
7. Lead project scoping and execution using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Service Owners and Brand representatives.
9. Manage Incident, Change, and Problem processes in accordance with ITIL best practices.

1. Engineering degree required.
2. Relevant certifications in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity are advantageous.
3. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French is a plus.

1. Deep understanding of application architecture, data, and infrastructure interrelationships.
2. Expertise in automation tools and CloudOps/DevOps practices, particularly with AWS.
3. Proficiency in managing hybrid cloud architectures.
4. Experience in large-scale, international enterprise environments.
5. Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Syslog, Grafana, and Datadog.
6. Experience with public registrars and SSL certificate lifecycle management.
7. AI solutions or AI-related project experience is beneficial.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in DevSecOps or a related field.

Engineering degree is required.
