- Support each brand in defining the brand strategy in the department store channel.
- Initiate, drive, and foster business development opportunities.
- Build and consolidate relationships with landlords.
- Conduct negotiations with landlords.
- Monitor brand performance to identify potential improvements.
- Initiate and foster market intelligence activities.
- Prepare research and analysis to identify channel trends and customer behaviors.
- Conduct financial modeling and advise brands.
- Support the implementation of Kering Department Store strategic initiatives and projects.
- Knowledge of the luxury and fashion market.
- Knowledge of the department store sector.
- English fluency.
- Good standing.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to adapt to urgencies and changing priorities.
Experience in the luxury and fashion market and department store sector is required.
