- Support brands in defining their strategy within the department store channel, including development paths, selective closures, and business models.
- Drive and foster business development opportunities in collaboration with brand teams, including negotiations with landlords.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords.
- Conduct ad hoc activities such as contract reviews and commercial clause evaluations.
- Monitor brand performance to identify potential improvements and initiate market intelligence activities.
- Prepare research and analysis to identify channel trends and customer behaviors.
- Conduct financial modeling and provide advice to brands.
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects within Kering Department Stores.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury and fashion market.
- Understanding of department store operations.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and urgencies.
Experience in the luxury fashion industry, particularly within department store management or related roles, is required.
