1. Support brands in defining their strategy within the department store channel, including development paths, selective closures, and business models.
2. Drive and foster business development opportunities in collaboration with brand teams, including negotiations with landlords.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords.
4. Conduct ad hoc activities such as contract reviews and commercial clause evaluations.
5. Monitor brand performance to identify potential improvements and initiate market intelligence activities.
6. Prepare research and analysis to identify channel trends and customer behaviors.
7. Conduct financial modeling and provide advice to brands.
8. Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects within Kering Department Stores.

1. In-depth knowledge of the luxury and fashion market.
2. Understanding of department store operations.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
3. Strong analytical abilities.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Adaptability to changing priorities and urgencies.

Experience in the luxury fashion industry, particularly within department store management or related roles, is required.
