1. Deliver documents, parcels, and small packages between company offices, retail locations, and external sites such as banks and post offices.
2. Ensure timely, secure, and precise delivery of items.
3. Maintain accurate delivery logs and secure necessary acknowledgments.
4. Assist the General Services Department with filing, organizing documents, and setting up meeting rooms and workspaces.
5. Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

1. Ability to read and comprehend addresses in both Chinese and English.
2. Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
3. Physical fitness to handle light to moderate lifting.
4. Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.

1. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.

4. Attention to detail.

Prior experience in a similar logistics or delivery role is advantageous but not mandatory.
