The Data organization within Kering Technologies is tasked with developing a modern, cloud-based data platform and delivering impactful data products across the group.

1. Facilitate communication between Tech Leads across various domains.
2. Serve as a central synchronization point to ensure shared understanding of priorities, dependencies, and risks.
3. Relay chapter strategy, vision, and key messages consistently across squads.
4. Ensure harmonization of engineering and analytics practices across domains.
5. Promote chapter-wide standards related to code quality, data engineering best practices, observability, documentation, and delivery.
6. Support Tech Leads in applying architecture, governance, and platform guidelines.
7. Ensure follow-up of transversal initiatives such as engineering foundations, tooling, and quality improvements.
8. Identify, consolidate, and escalate risks, dependencies, and structural needs across domains.
9. Contribute to delivery predictability by monitoring progress and highlighting potential blockers.
10. Centralize information from different squads and domains to provide clear visibility to chapter leadership.
11. Facilitate collaboration between Engineering & Analytics and other chapters.
12. Support alignment between business priorities and engineering execution.
13. Support Tech Leads in their role, helping them navigate complexity and grow as technical leaders.
14. Foster a strong Engineering & Analytics community, encouraging knowledge sharing and collective ownership.
15. Encourage a culture of transparency, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.

1. Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, or Engineering Manager in a data or software engineering environment.
2. Strong understanding of data engineering and analytics concepts, platforms, and delivery constraints.
3. Demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams and domains without relying on hierarchical authority.
4. Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to synthesize complex topics and create alignment.
5. Proficient in SQL, ETL/ELT development, data modeling, and databases (Oracle, BigQuery, etc.).
6. Strong knowledge in GCP cloud computing, especially in data services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Airflow).
7. Strong expertise with DBT.
8. Experience in agile@scale environments and familiarity with agile tools Jira/Confluence.
9. Organized, structured, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
10. Empathetic, collaborative, and open-minded, with a natural leadership posture.
11. Fluent in English.
