Kering Data Project Intern

- Implement the master data management process, including customer and supplier maintenance procedures, data hierarchy structure design, compliance tool integration, periodic data maintenance, and dashboard construction.
- Support the implementation, modernization, or adoption of target financial macro-processes, aiding the regionalization of scalable processes.
- Produce weekly progress reports for the EMEA region manager, highlighting key outcomes, risks, and improvement recommendations.
- Promote the adoption of distributed and standardized end-to-end processes, ensuring comprehensive and fully documented procedures.
- Deploy Kering Finance Academy and Core Model processes locally to support process adoption, skill development, and knowledge sharing, aiming for 80% team training.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in a finance-related field.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in relevant data analysis tools such as Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
Previous experience in finance, accounting, or management control is advantageous.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in a finance-related field.
