- Assist the Data PMO in managing IT purchasing and end-to-end budget management.
- Handle administrative tasks related to purchase creation and reporting.
- Support committee preparation and participate in governance and performance monitoring activities.
- Manage onboarding of contractors, ensuring compliance with Kering procurement processes.
- Coordinate with partners on contract issuance, renewal, invoicing, and mission follow-up.
- Act as the point of contact for the procurement team regarding IT purchasing activities.
- Contribute to committee preparations and lead daily coordination meetings for Data teams.
- Propose and implement new KPIs to enhance performance measurement.
- Maintain and develop a PowerBI dashboard for budget data quality tracking.
- Support team training on IT purchasing and ITIL processes for data quality.
- Prepare weekly communications for the group's Houses, summarizing recent support activities.
- Master’s Degree student in Economics, Business, or Engineering.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in French and/or Italian as a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint and PowerBI is advantageous.
- Rigorous, well-organized, and curious.
- Interest in large-scale IT enterprise projects within an international context.
- Interest in data and the retail sector.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is beneficial.
No prior experience required, but interest in project management and data operations is essential.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Economics, Business, or Engineering.
