Kering Data Management and Financial Analysis Intern

- Assist in managing and maintaining large financial and operational datasets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support variance analysis by identifying and investigating discrepancies between budgeted and actual figures.
- Help prepare financial reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and clarity in communication.
- Assist in developing forecasting and budgeting models by analyzing historical data and identifying trends.
- Streamline data collection, validation, and reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Contribute to ad-hoc analysis and reporting projects as required by the finance team.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
- Knowledge of data management, financial analysis, and variance reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Italian.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with financial software or databases is a plus.
No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with financial analysis and data management is advantageous.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
