1. Assist in managing and maintaining large financial and operational datasets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
2. Support variance analysis by identifying and investigating discrepancies between budgeted and actual figures.
3. Help prepare financial reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and clarity in communication.
4. Assist in developing forecasting and budgeting models by analyzing historical data and identifying trends.
5. Streamline data collection, validation, and reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
6. Contribute to ad-hoc analysis and reporting projects as required by the finance team.

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or related field.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
3. Knowledge of data management, financial analysis, and variance reporting.
4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Good communication skills in English and Italian.
6. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
8. Experience with financial software or databases is a plus.

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with financial analysis and data management is advantageous.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
