1. Lead the Data Architecture team within a Data Mesh framework.
2. Establish and enforce data architecture guidelines across Kering Group.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Privacy, Security, and Enterprise Architecture.
4. Work closely with the Data Platform team to implement data strategy.
5. Promote a decentralized, domain-oriented approach to data management.
6. Develop and own the technical roadmap for the Data Platform.
7. Ensure effective execution in a decentralized data environment.
8. Oversee data architecture aspects within Federated Governance.
9. Evaluate and optimize data architectures for performance and scalability.
10. Design and implement technological components of Data Platforms.
11. Ensure compliance with Kering Group guidelines and best practices.
12. Maintain a global view of technological value across the organization.
13. Ensure technical consistency across different domains and regions.
14. Maintain alignment with market technologies and industry best practices.

1. 10 years of experience in data architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
2. Expertise in designing and implementing Data Platform components.
3. Strong knowledge of data architectures and cloud environments.
4. Experience with GCP, Azure, AWS, or similar platforms.
5. Familiarity with modern development processes and tools.
6. Experience with Data Mesh principles is a plus.
7. Expertise in data modeling techniques.
8. Proficiency in relational database design and strategies.
9. Experience with data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes.
10. Familiarity with NoSQL databases and unstructured data modeling.
11. Understanding of Non-Functional Requirements strategies.
