Kering Data Architect Lead

- Lead and manage the Data Architecture team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and domain responsibility in line with Data Mesh principles.
- Establish and enforce data architecture guidelines across Kering, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Privacy, Security, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Develop and own the technical roadmap for the Data Platform, ensuring alignment with Data Mesh architecture.
- Collaborate with the Data Platform team to implement the data strategy and maintain data architecture principles.
- Supervise data architecture aspects within Federated Governance, facilitating domain autonomy while maintaining global standards.
- Drive the evaluation and optimization of data architectures for performance, scalability, and inter-domain interoperability.
- Design and implement technological components of Data Platforms, supporting domain-specific data products.
- Ensure compliance of all data architectures with Kering Group guidelines and best practices in architecture, security, privacy, and legal matters.
- Maintain a global view of technological value across the organization, enabling effective data sharing and collaboration.
- Act as a liaison with Kering Group teams such as Architecture, Security, Privacy, Legal, and Procurement, ensuring alignment with Data Mesh principles.
- 10 years of experience in data architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in designing and implementing Data Platform components (collection, storage, processing, visualization).
- Strong knowledge of data architectures and cloud environments; certifications or experience with GCP, Azure, AWS, etc.
- Mastery of modern development processes and tools (DevOps, Git, CI/CD).
- Experience with Data Mesh principles and implementation is a plus.
- Expertise in data modeling techniques, including conceptual, logical, and physical modeling.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex topics and provide clear visibility to stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Empathetic with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong cooperation abilities and aptitude to work with cross-functional teams.
10 years of experience in data architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
