- Lead the Data Architecture team within a Data Mesh framework.
- Establish and enforce data architecture guidelines across Kering Group.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Privacy, Security, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Work closely with the Data Platform team to implement data strategy.
- Promote a decentralized, domain-oriented approach to data management.
- Develop and own the technical roadmap for the Data Platform.
- Ensure effective execution in a decentralized data environment.
- Oversee data architecture aspects within Federated Governance.
- Evaluate and optimize data architectures for performance and scalability.
- Design and implement technological components of Data Platforms.
- Ensure compliance with Kering Group guidelines and best practices.
- Maintain a global view of technological value across the organization.
- Ensure technical consistency across different domains and regions.
- Maintain alignment with market technologies and industry best practices.
- 10 years of experience in data architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in designing and implementing Data Platform components.
- Strong knowledge of data architectures and cloud environments.
- Experience with GCP, Azure, AWS, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with modern development processes and tools.
- Experience with Data Mesh principles is a plus.
- Expertise in data modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in relational database design and strategies.
- Experience with data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases and unstructured data modeling.
- Understanding of Non-Functional Requirements strategies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex topics and provide clear visibility to stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
