1. Collaborate with the Cybersecurity GRC Head to develop an IT security controls framework.
2. Work with IT and engineering teams to build, execute, and automate security controls.
3. Identify control gaps and coordinate with technology and business teams for remediation.
4. Maintain a risk register and track remediation efforts for operational risks.
5. Coordinate with external auditors and internal process owners for control testing.
6. Develop streamlined processes for tracking and reporting on security issues.
7. Manage third-party security assessments and streamline related processes.
8. Support security certification and alignment with industry standards such as CIS Controls, PCI DSS, and ISO27001.
9. Supervise consultants to support cybersecurity activities.

1. Master's degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
2. Security certifications such as CISSP, ISO 2700X, C-RISC, CISM, C-CISO, OCSP, GIAC, or SANS.

1. Strong knowledge of technical control frameworks (NIST, CIS).
2. Proficiency in Cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and secure configuration.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work independently in complex environments.
5. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 5 years in information systems security, with at least 3 years in technical testing, compliance, or security engineering.

Master's degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
