Kering Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Officer

- Collaborate with the Cybersecurity GRC Head to develop an IT security controls framework.
- Work with IT and engineering teams to build, execute, and automate security controls.
- Identify control gaps and coordinate with technology and business teams for remediation.
- Maintain a risk register and track remediation efforts for operational risks.
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal process owners for control testing.
- Develop streamlined processes for tracking and reporting on security issues.
- Manage third-party security assessments and streamline related processes.
- Support security certification and alignment with industry standards such as CIS Controls, PCI DSS, and ISO27001.
- Supervise consultants to support cybersecurity activities.
- Master's degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, ISO 2700X, C-RISC, CISM, C-CISO, OCSP, GIAC, or SANS.
- Strong knowledge of technical control frameworks (NIST, CIS).
- Proficiency in Cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and secure configuration.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in complex environments.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 5 years in information systems security, with at least 3 years in technical testing, compliance, or security engineering.
Master's degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
